on a full-time permanent basis.
The open Opportunity: 360 Recruitment, Running a Generalist desk
End to End Management of the Recruitment process
Advising all level of Clients and Candidates,
Business Development Client meetings, networking and researching.
Relationship and Account management, process management, consultation, and negotiation,
Candidate sourcing, online, social media, networking, and database management,
Candidate screening, & support, interviewing, consultation, interview preparation,
Achieving core KPI’s and Sales Targets,
Delivering a professional service solution,
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in 360 Recruitment
Degree/Diploma/ Certificate in a Business-related discipline
Results driven with good communication skills,
Resilience and tenacity.
