Role: Receptionist/Administrator
Are you a Receptionist/Administrator looking for a fresh start? We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This part-time opportunity includes General Administration duties and using Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a 3-months contract. This position is part-time, mornings and on site.
About your new role:
- Working on the reception greeting visitors and informing the relevant people
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling them,
- Preparation of reports
- Keeping the database, and all other records up to date
- General Administration Duties
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ office experience
- Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Good interpersonal skills
A 3-month contract, paid via Agency on a weekly Time Sheet basis.
