Job Title: Receptionist and Medical Administrator
Are you a Receptionist and Medical Administrator looking for a fresh start? We are looking for a Receptionist Medical Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This opportunity includes General Medical Administration duties, using Microsoft Office Suite. This is a Temporary Contract role.
About your New Role:
- Reception duties for a group of Companies,
- Gathering Information, and updating the In-house Database,
- General Medical Administration Duties, Filing, Faxing & Scanning
- Using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel
Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate Examination or Leaving Certificate Vocational, or have passed an examination of equivalent standard
- 2+ years Medical Customer Services Administration experience is required.
- Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Planning and organisational skills
Medical Certificate is an advantage.
The position is onsite and includes on-site parking
Must be available Immediately or at 1 weeks’ notice.
