Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ Dublin is seeking a Product Engineer on a full-time permanent basis.
Product Engineer

As part of our ongoing drive to innovate and improve our product offering, the company is further enhancing the engineering team with a new opening for the addition of a dedicated Product Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be motivated, driven and be capable of working effectively in a pressured and fast paced team environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update designs for all standard range of the company equipment.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, production, and assembly teams to enhance and optimize internal processes.
- Develop new product offerings and improvements to our existing product range.
- Drive equipment testing in our test facility, review and improve designs based on test results.
- Customer interaction, supply chain & production system design
- Conduct detailed models and 3d drawings.
Key Attributes
- Experience in the design of heavy-duty material handling equipment.
- A genuine interest in finding innovative solutions to meet a range of criteria.
- A hands-on approach to product testing and assembly.
- A proven track record of project delivery to agreed deadlines.
- Experienced in the use of 3D modelling software ideally CREO.
- Self-Starter, work under your own initiative whilst also working as part of a team is essential to this role.
