Overview of role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking an Office Administrator with Accounts on a full-time permanent basis.



Reporting to Managing Director:

  • Input and Processing of all Purchase Invoices
  • Creation and Maintenance of Sales Data base
  • Stock Analysis and Reporting
  • Other administration and accounting duties as required


Administration for Sales Director:

  • Preparation and Maintenance of Price Files
  • Preparation of Sales analysis Reports
  • Processing of Sales Credit Notes
  • Cover for Credit Control if Required
  • Ordering marketing Supplies


Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 plus years’ experience in Accounts and General Administration.
  • Strong on systems, Word and Excel (Intermediate level)
