Overview of role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking an Office Administrator with Accounts on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to Managing Director:
- Input and Processing of all Purchase Invoices
- Creation and Maintenance of Sales Data base
- Stock Analysis and Reporting
- Other administration and accounting duties as required
Administration for Sales Director:
- Preparation and Maintenance of Price Files
- Preparation of Sales analysis Reports
- Processing of Sales Credit Notes
- Cover for Credit Control if Required
- Ordering marketing Supplies
Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- 3 plus years’ experience in Accounts and General Administration.
- Strong on systems, Word and Excel (Intermediate level)
