Overview of role: Our Client in Co. Meath/Louth is seeking a General Office Administrator for a 6 month contract role.
Responsibilities will include:
Reception, meet and greet Customer,
All General Office Administration duties,
Data-entry on Excel for invoicing,
Data-entry on Excel for managers reports,
Post, Filing and updating the database,
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel (Intermediate)
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Good inter-personal skills
This is a contract role for 6 months, must be available immediately or at 1 weeks’ notice.
