All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin.



Overview of role:  Our Client is seeking an Office Administrator on a permanent basis, in the North East of Ireland.




Coordinating appointments and scheduling them in a diary for the director

Debtors & Creditors


Preparation of letters/ presentations & reports

Updating and maintaining social media accounts

Creating advertisements, uploading and maintaining ads on various sites

Keeping customer data-base, and all other records up to date

General Administration Duties



Required Qualifications and Experience:

Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working within the construction or similar industry.

Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Excellent data entry skills

Excellent verbal and written skills in English

Good inter-personal skills

Confidentiality is vital
