Overview of Role: Our client based in Co. Louth is seeking an Administrative/Medical Secretary on a Temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling of appointments & updating of databases
Reception duties
Medical Typing
Accounts Administration
Liaising with internal & external services
General Medical Administration duties
Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
6 months experience in Administration
Excellent communication skills and IT experience
Garda Clearance is required for this role.
Candidate must be available immediately, or @ 1 weeks notice.
