Overview of Role: Our client is based in Louth is seeking a Medical Secretary on a Temporary Contract basis.
Role: Medical Secretary
Scheduling of appointments
Cancelling and re-organising clinics
Sending appointments and acknowledgement letters
Inputting of referrals on databases
Excellent Typing Skills - Word, Excel, Database, Email,
Filing, Photocopying, typing reports
Liaising with internal & external services
Role requires enthuastic person with relevant experience, excellent communication skills and IT experience.
Garda Clearance required
2+ years experience as a Medical Secretary is a must
Monday to Friday
This is a temporary contract role; candidate must be available immediately or at 1 weeks’ notice.
