Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking an Administrator on a contract basis.
Role: Reception Medical Secretary Administration Support
Required for a 2 month contract, could go longer
Duties will include:
Scheduling of appointments & updating of CRM databases
Reception duties
General Administration Duties
Liaising with internal & external services
ECDL or Word and Intermediate Excel
Role requires enthusiastic person with relevant experience, excellent communication skills and CRM experience.
Garda Clearance will need to be applied for as it is required.
This is a Temporary role, so you need to be available immediately
