Overview of role: Our client based in the North East is seeking a Customer Representative on a Temporary contract basis.
Provide information via phone, and email and social media.
Ensure information provided is accurate by keeping an internal database of information up to date.
Generate updates to the Client website with updated content using the website content management system.
Provide excellent customer service to the public and demonstrate our corporate values.
Identify issues as they arise and work with the Operations Supervisor and Team leader to rectify problems.
Be service-user and client-focused, and understand the fundamental role, purpose, structure and strategic goals of the company.
Show excellent writing, editing and communications skills, tailored for target audiences, with an understanding of online and offline writing requirements.
Contribute as part of a high-functioning team, with concurrent projects and competing priorities.
Work with colleagues from the wider Communications Division, from other Divisions and from external partners.
Provide support with overall office and team workload.
Full Product training will be provided
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
3+ years’ experience in a Customer Services Medical Role
Medical Certificate is an advantage

Based in Co. Louth
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and 1 Saturday, per month.
This is a contract role, candidate must be available immediately.
