Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking a Medical Secretary on a Temporary contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of appointments & updating of databases
  • Reception duties
  • Medical Typing
  • Liaising with internal & external services
  • General Medical Administration duties

Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a medical/legal environment
  • Medical Administration Certificate is a distinct advantage
  • ECDL
  • Excellent communication skills and IT experience
  • Garda Clearance is required for this role.
