Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking a Medical Administrator on a Temporary 3 month contract.  

Job Title: Administrator (Temporary Role)

General Administrative Duties:

Day to day office duties Correspondence, Database, typing, Dictaphone typing, faxing, photocopying, filing.

Logging all enquiries/telephone calls, Prioritising same, dealing with queries keeping supervisor/manager informed of progress and activities.

Assist in the drafting and issue of letters, memos and general information to internal customers, clients and general public

Populate, maintain and update local databases and records

Work closely with all functions within the hospital to deliver planned services of your department

Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Laving Certificate Examination or Leaving Certificate Vocational 

or Have passed an examination of equivalent standard

Have satisfactory relevant Medical Administration experience.

Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word and Excel

Excellent keyboard skills

Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date

This is a Temporary role for 12 weeks, could go longer, you will need to be available immediately.
