Overview of Role: Our client based in Louth/Meath is seeking a General Medical Administrator on a Temporary Contract basis.

Job Title: General Medical Administrator


General Administrative Duties:

                   A Busy Administration role,

                Taking minutes of meetings for the Managers,

                Gathering Information, and updating the Database,

                General Administration Duties, Filing, Faxing & Scanning

                Using Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel  


Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Have satisfactory relevant medical experience which demonstrable equivalent skills.

Leaving Certificate Examination or have passed an examination of equivalent standard

Medical or legal certificate is an advantage


Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Excellent keyboard skills

Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date

Planning and organisational skills


Must be available now,  or available at 1 weeks’ notice.
