Job Title: General Accounts Administrator
Are you an Accounts Administrator looking for a fresh start? We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This opportunity includes maintaining accurate accounts, general administration duties and filing records.
About your New Role:
- Based in the Accounts Invoicing department,
- Gathering Information, and updating the Database,
- General Administration Duties, Filing, & Scanning
- Using Microsoft Office, Word & Excel and an In-house system.
Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate or an examination of equivalent standard
- Have satisfactory relevant 2+ years’ experience which demonstrable equivalent skills.
- Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date
- Planning and organisational skills
Must be available immediately or at 1 weeks’ notice to start this Temporary role.
The position is onsite and includes free parking.
