Overview of Role: Our client based in Louth/Meath are seeking a General Accounts Administrator on a Temporary Contract basis.
Job Title: General Accounts Administrator
General Accounts Administrative Duties:
A Busy General Administration role,
Based in the Accounts Invoicing department,
Gathering Information, and updating the Database,
General Administration Duties, Filing, & Scanning
Using Microsoft Office, Word & Excel and In-house systems.
Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Leaving Certificate or an examination of equivalent standard
Have satisfactory relevant 3+ years experience which demonstrable equivalent skills.
Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent keyboard skills
Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date
Planning and organisational skills
Must be available immediately, or a 1 weeks’ notice to start this Temporary role.
