Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth/ Meath/ Cavan is seeking a Finance Administrator on a part time permanent basis, (3 days per week.)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recording of all income, ensuring appropriate supporting documentations for audit purposes are in place.
Monthly Invoicing for In-house programs.
Preparation of lodgements.
Recording of Credit Card Expenditure, ensuring all supporting documentation is in place.
Administration for Legal affairs.
Liaison with Auditors where necessary.
Work closely with Assistant Accountant to ensure all tasks are covered.
Where needed work with external partners for Payroll and Accounts Payable.
Other ad hoc tasks arising.
Qualifications:
Desirable: 3rd level Qualification in Finance, Accounting or related Business discipline.
Experience:
Essential: 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.

High level of IT literacy (including Excel & Word)

This is a Permanent Part-time role, based in the office for 3 days per week.
