Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/Monaghan is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator a full-time permanent basis.
Customer Support Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Support via phone/email
Installer support and Installation trouble shooting
Review Customer surveys and reply
Logging install issues and assist with resolutions
Delivering Installation training (in house and on site) and assist with training brief
Taking part in project meetings and proposing improvements
Organising all project-related paperwork
Coordinating with project team members so workflow remains on schedule
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of computer Project management Software and Hardware
Good Microsoft Office Skills
Determination and persistence
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent leadership skills
The ability to work well in a group setting
Thorough attention to detail
Empathy and situational awareness
