Role: Customer Services Representative
Responsibilities:
Supporting team members and customer requirements as required.
Take inbound sales calls in response to customer demands and responding to their queries.
Make outbound calls to customers & clients to confirm/ query orders.
Inputting collections and deliveries on systems.
Dealing with inbound and outbound orders and managing returns.
Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved in order to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Providing quotations for exceptional requirements.
Tracking of deliveries.
Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers/ clients/ representatives.
Processing returns – scanning and checking products received against the original request and reporting back to customer.
Dealing with customer systems and all administrative requirements for the accounts.
Internal and external reporting.
Essential Requirements
Technical Competencies:
ERP Systems Knowledge
PC Skills - Good working knowledge of Excel

Desirable Requirements
Experience working in a similar environment - stock management, stock counting, distribution or fulfilment.
