Overview of Role: Our client based in North Dublin seeks a Customer Services/ Queries Coordinator Administrator for a 3 months contract basis, could go longer.
- Dealing with Customer Queries via phone and email on a daily basis
- 3 years’ experience in query resolution or customer services
- Experience in a busy office preferred, high volume of orders
- General Administration Duties
Education and Experience
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Able to work on own and as part of an overall team
- Good time management
- Knowledge of SAP an advantage
A well-established company in a busy industry.
Product Training will be provided.
