Overview of Role: Our client based in North Dublin seeks a Customer Services/ Queries Coordinator Administrator for a 3 months contract basis, could go longer



  • Dealing with Customer Queries via phone and email on a daily basis
  • 3 years’ experience in query resolution or customer services
  • Experience in a busy office preferred, high volume of orders
  • General Administration Duties


Education and Experience

  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Able to work on own and as part of an overall team
  • Good time management
  • Knowledge of SAP an advantage


A well-established company in a busy industry.

Product Training will be provided.
