Overview of Role: Our client based in Louth/Meath is seeking a Customer Service Medical Administrator on a Temporary Contract basis.
Job Title: General Medical Administrator
General Administrative Duties:
A Busy Customer Service Medical Administration role,
Booking and recording Appointments,
Gathering Information, and updating the In-house Database,
General Administration Duties, Filing, Faxing & Scanning
Using Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel
Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Have satisfactory relevant medical experience which demonstrable equivalent skills.
Leaving Certificate Examination or have passed an examination of equivalent standard
Medical certificate is an advantage
Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent keyboard skills
Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date
Planning and organisational skills
Must be available now, or available at 1 weeks’ notice.
