Overview of Role: Our clients are based in Co Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin we are seeking a Customer Services with Sales Support candidate for a permanent role.

Job Description
This role will be an important member of the Customer Service & IT Sales Support Team.
Customer Service is an essential part of this role and the successful candidate will work with internal teams to find resolutions for client queries/ issues.
The Internal Sales Account Manager will be responsible for support selling IT hardware & services, and building strong relationships with existing customers.
The successful candidate will also work closely with the engineering team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Managing Director and will work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Customers Account Management
Understand client requirement, liaise with Engineering Team, and propose solution accordingly
Provide excellent customer service and support
General Office Management: answering phones, logging support tickets, resolving client queries
Process supplier / client invoices & stock co-ordination
Experience:
Minimum 5 years sales support experience (account management/ customer service)
Minimum 5 years’ experience on sales CRM/ ERP system
Experience working in the IT sector is an advantage
