Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth/ Meath/ North Dublin is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Customer Services Specialist on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, Accounts Receivable & Customer Services Specialist is

tasked with executing accounting and administrative duties; Accounts Receivable & Customer Services team, specifically in the support of the business site. Core responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
Accounts Receivable & Credit Control
|
|
- Billing runs and postings in SAP.
- Management of the AR SAP Master data
- Coordination of Customer Master Site changes
- Preparation of Direct Debit payment runs/follow-up on rejected DD.
- Prepare weekly aging report
- Preparation of month end reporting
- Reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Monitoring of credit limits and credit control for dealer customers in line with the credit policy.
- Monitor and release credit checked orders.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone or email to our customers and consumers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with the utmost of care and respect by listening to their problems and negotiating a satisfactory resolution.
- Follow customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction, always doing the right thing for both our customers and our business.
- Compile statistics around customer queries/complaints and identifying issues which give rise to frequent queries/complaints.
General
- Support AR manager & Finance teams on ad hoc projects as and when required.
- Participation in process improvements and Service development
- Interaction with external/internal parties including customers, auditors and Compliance teams.
- Perform role in line with all corporate policies.

Qualifications and Experience
Fluency in both written and spoken Norwegian (or Danish or Swedish) & English.

- Previous experience working in an Accounts Receivable team an advantage.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft products including Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Customer Service attitude
- Exemplary communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work in the detail and take a hands-on approach.
- Positive, can-do attitude, displaying a high level of commitment & motivation.
- Demonstrates a desire to grow and undertake additional responsibility.
- Highly organised and ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities.
