Overview of Role: Our client base is Co Louth/ Meath/Cavan/Monaghan and North Dublin
We are seeking a Customer Services Representative on a 3-month contract basis.
Title: Customer Services Representative
Duties include:
Dealing with daily Customer orders via the phone,
Taking Inbound calls,
Providing information about products/services,
Gathering Information, and updating the Database,
Assessing customer and dealing with SLA’s,
General Administration Duties
Experience:
Must have 6 months experience in a Customer Services role
Using Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel,
Good verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work well in a Team setting
Must be available immediately to start this contract role.
