Role : Customer Service Administrator
Overview of role: To provide comprehensive admin support to the Sales Team while working closely with the Commercial, IT and Logistics Departments.
Responsibilities:
Manage all manual order entries
Check and release orders held in batch and ensure they are all placed on internal system
Run daily lost sales and shortage reports
Liaise with the Field Sales Team, Warehouse Operations and Transport to ensure customers get first class Customer Service from the business.
Day to day admin for the Field Sales Team including managing expense claims, holiday calendar and general HR administration
Liaise with the Field Sales Team and 3rd Party Agency to ensure all in store merchandising obligations are carried out in an efficient and cost effective manner
Manage all aspects of the Customer Complaints procedure including logging, follow up and closing out all issues in a timely manner to ensure full customer satisfaction
Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience, with a proven track record
Experience of Microsoft applications, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines on a daily basis
Problem solver with the ability to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision
