Credit Controller  

Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth/ Meath is seeking a Credit Controller on a full-time permanent basis.

This role requires building and  maintaining a strong relationship with customers to ensure smooth running of accounts.

Ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices & resolving accounts queries in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities/Duties    

General Credit Control functions which include managing collections in accordance with the company credit policy.

Collecting payments which maintaining good customer satisfaction.

Deal with customer queries in a timely manner

Evaluate new credit requests and reviewing customers credit rating and set up accounts with terms and conditions of credit.

Negotiate re-payment plans with customers. 

Checking and posting of receipts to accounts system

Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required.

Manage sales ledger.

Provide support to the accounts team when required.

Skills required:-

Good attention to detail.

2-3  years experience in credit control.

Good communication with customers

Strong computer literacy

Ability to work as part of a team
