Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth is currently seeking a Reception/Administrator on a temporary contract basis.
Role: Reception/Administrator
Duties:
Sending appointments and acknowledgement letters
Excellent Typing Skills - Word, Excel, Database, Email,
Typing of letters & minutes of meetings,
Filing, Photocopying, typing reports
Liaising with internal & external services
Role requires enthusiastic person with relevant experience, excellent communication skills and IT experience.
Education:
Leaving Certificate required
Medical or legal certificate is an advantage
Garda Clearance will be requested for this role
