We are seeking a Brand/Sales Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Description

Our Client is looking to recruit a Brand/ Sales Manager to take responsibility for growing the Portfolio of Products. This role will include:

Establishing relationships with Distributors and retailers and generating sales across Ireland. Create and implement brand plans across the company portfolio.

Be at the forefront of our business.

To develop the growth of sales within existing clients using initiative in educating and up-selling to clients our entire product range.

Liaise with the marketing team and support on brand events, product launches and promotions.

Build the strongest customer relationships in the industry by demonstrating competence, integrity, dependability, and an excellent understanding of the customer's business.

Provide accurate and timely reports of progress and developing issues, developing sales performance, maintaining a proactive and efficient plan.

Conduct regular reviews of business performance with clients.

Monitor competitor activity. Report to colleagues and take countermeasures as appropriate.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Understanding of FMCG industry and the Irish retail market.

4+ years trade marketing

Commercially astute with relevant experience in budget management & promotional pricing

A resilient self-starter with a result driven, entrepreneurial attitude

Strong communication and people skills, the ability to build rapport and relationships quickly.

Passionate about consumer trends and Promoting Irish Brands

High level of IT proficiency: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel



Previous and proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry and an existing network of industry contacts will provide a distinct advantage.

Self-motivated and target driven.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Valid driving license.
