Overview of role: Our Client is seeking a PA Administrator on a permanent basis.
Coordinating appointments and scheduling them within a diary for the director
Working on a reception greeting visitors and informing the relevant person
Preparation of letters/presentations & reports
Keeping data-base, and other records up to date
Handling in-coming and out-going post
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Ideal candidate will have at least 6 months - 1 year experience.
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent typing skills
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Proven organisation and planning skills
Self-motivated, willing to work unsupervised
Good inter-personal skills
Must have own transport
