Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking a Medical Administrator on a Temporary contract.  

Job Title: Medical Administrator (Temporary Role)

General Administrative Duties:

Day to day office duties: Correspondence, post, typing, faxing, photocopying, filing.

Logging all enquiries/telephone calls, Prioritising same, dealing with queries keeping supervisor/manager informed of progress and activities.

Assist in the drafting and issue of letters, memos and general information to internal customers, clients and general public

Populate, maintain and update local databases and records


Act in a manner that is consistent with the organisation’s values and vision,

Treat all information and service users with confidentiality and discretion

Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Leaving Certificate Examination or Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme

or Have passed an examination of equivalent standard

Have satisfactory relevant medical experience which encompasses demonstrable equivalent skills.

Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word and Excel

Excellent keyboard skills

Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date

Planning and organisational skills

This role could be based in 2 offices, to cover, 1 in Drogheda and 1 in Dundalk,

Must have car.

Temporary role, to start asap.
