Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth is currently seeking a General Administrator/Secretary/PA on a 6 months contract basis.
Role: General Administrator/Secretary/PA
Duties:
Personal Assistant to the Senior Manager,
Sending appointments and acknowledgement letters,
Typing of letters & minutes of meetings,
Filing, Photocopying, typing reports
Liaising with internal & external services
Excellent Typing Skills - Word, Excel & Database,
Role requires enthusiastic person with 3+years relevant experience, excellent communication and IT skills.
Education:
Leaving Cert required
ECDL/ICDL is an advantage
Medical or legal certificate is an advantage
