All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin.


Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth is currently seeking administrators on a temporary basis. Must be able to start immediately.

Role:  Clerical Officer/Medical Administration



Reception duties

Scheduling of appointments

Cancelling and re-organising clinics

Sending appointments and acknowledgement letters

Inputting of referrals on databases

Excellent Typing Skills -  Word, Excel, Database, Email,

Filing, Photocopying, typing reports

Liaising with internal & external services


Role requires enthusiastic person with relevant experience, excellent communication skills and IT experience.

Must be able to start immediately.


Leaving Cert required

Garda Clearance will be requested for this role
