All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin.

Our client based in Monaghan is looking for an Administration Assistant.  20 to 30 minutes drive from Monaghan, Ballybay Cootehill, Castleblayney and Belturbet.

General secretarial duties including;


  1. Incoming Goods order processing
  2. Dept of Agriculture Record keeping
  3. Reconciliation of Transferable Equipment
  4. Managing Transport between Germany and Ireland
  5. Preparation of Certificates of Entry
  6. Writing Purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
  7. Processing month end documentation
  8. Inputting sales onto spreadsheet
  9. IT Processing and liaison with IT support contractor
  10. Contact for Bord Bia and Origin Green scheme
  11. CSO reporting
