Overview of role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their busy sales and administration office 3 days per week for a 2 month contract.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Company accounting procedures using Pegasus.
- Preparation of monthly VAT returns.
- Bank reconciliations.
- General Office Duties.
Required/ Desired Skills:
- IT system awareness.
- Pegasus experience.
- EDI experience (preferable but not essential).
- High level Excel literacy.
- High level of personal organisation and communication skills.
This is a 2 month contract, candidates must be available at maximum 1 weeks' notice.
