Overview of role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their busy office.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Accounts to trail balance stage using Sage
  • Preparation of monthly vat returns
  • Preparation of monthly payroll on In-house system 
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Produce reports for the manager 
  • General Office Duties.

    

    Required/ Desired Skills:

  • Strong on IT systems
  • Sage experience is a must
  • Strong excel skills
  • Accounting Technician qualified or part qualified
  • High level of personal organisation and communication skills
