Overview of role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their busy sales and administration office 3 days per week for a 2 month contract.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Company accounting procedures using Pegasus.
  • Preparation of monthly VAT returns.
  • EDI.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • General Office Duties.


    Required/ Desired Skills:

  • IT system awareness.
  • Pegasus experience.
  • EDI experience (preferable but not essential).
  • High level Excel literacy.
  • High level of personal organisation and communication skills.


This is a 2 month contract, candidates must be available at maximum 1 weeks' notice.
