All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin.


Overview of role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a permanent part time basis, for 2-3 days per week.



  • Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Co-ordinating Credit Control
  • Producing month-end and management Reports
  • ROS Returns (VAT, and P30)
  • Payroll processing
  • Updating Spreadsheets and Databases
  • Year end in conjunction with Accountant


Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 plus years’ experience in Accounts to Trail Balance stage
  • Sage 50 experience is necessary
  • Strong on systems, Word and Excel
  • IATI part or qualified is an advantage
