Overview of role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a permanent part time basis, for 2-3 days per week.
- Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Co-ordinating Credit Control
- Producing month-end and management Reports
- ROS Returns (VAT, and P30)
- Payroll processing
- Updating Spreadsheets and Databases
- Year end in conjunction with Accountant
Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- 5 plus years’ experience in Accounts to Trail Balance stage
- Sage 50 experience is necessary
- Strong on systems, Word and Excel
- IATI part or qualified is an advantage
