Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Are you an Accountant looking for a fresh start? We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. This opportunity includes maintaining accurate accounts, general administration duties and filing records. The position is onsite, 1 day a week on a contract basis.
About your New Role:
- Maintaining accurate Accounts and filing records
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Credit Control
- Report generation at the request of the Company Directors
- General Administration duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential,
- Accounting Technician Qualification is desirable,
- Excellent IT skills – MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Excellent organisation skills, with a good attention to detail and a good work ethic,
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be available immediately or at 1 weeks’ notice.
