Accounts Assistant - Co Louth

All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin.

Overview of Role: Our client is a well-established company based in Co Louth/ Meath/ is seeking an Accounts Assistant for 1 day a week on-site on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Duties include:

  • Maintaining accurate Accounts and filing records
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Credit Control
  • Report generation at the request of the Company Directors
  • General Administration duties

Ideally a candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential,
  • Accounting Technician Qualification is desirable,
  • Excellent IT skills – MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook,
  • Excellent organisation skills, with a good attention to detail and a good work ethic,
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
