Overview of role: Our Client in Co. Meath/Louth is seeking an Accounts Assistant with Payroll, on a Temporary Contract role. This a part-time job, 3 days per week.
Duties will include:
All Accounts duties up to Trial Balance Stage,
Processing Payroll on a weekly basis,
Bank reconciliation,
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Producing reports for the manager.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
IPASS or IATI, Accounting Technician
Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel (Intermediate)
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Good inter-personal skills
This is a contract role part time job, must be available immediately or at 1 weeks’ notice.
