Overview of role: Our Client in Co. Meath/Louth is seeking an Accounts Assistant with Payroll, on a Contract basis. This a part-time job, contract, 3 days per week, working from Home.
Duties will include:
Processing Sales invoicing
Co-ordinating Purchasing
Revenue Collection
Bank Reconciliation
Balancing Creditor and Debtor Accounts
VAT Returns
Monthly Payroll
Revenue Payroll Returns
Posting Journal Entries
Year End Routine
Balancing Accounts to Trial Balance stage
Monthly Management Reports
Collaborating with other staff via our Teamwork Project Management software
Any other duties that may arise from time to time
Required Qualifications and Experience:
IATI, Accounting Technician is an advantage.
Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel (Intermediate)
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Good inter-personal skills
This is a contract role part time job, must be available immediately or at 1 weeks’ notice.
