Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth is seeking an Accounts Administrator on a 2-months Temporary contract.  

Job Title: Accounts Administrator (Temporary Role)

General Administrative Duties: Based in the Accounts Department  

            Payroll Administration

Dealing with Returns & Absence Accounting,

            Working on Word, Excel, SAP & the In-house system

            General Accounts/Administration Duties,  

            Liaising with internal & eternal services. 



Act in a manner that is consistent with the organisation’s values and vision,

Treat all information and service users with confidentiality and discretion


Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Have satisfactory relevant medical administration experience which equivalent skills.

Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word and Excel

Excellent keyboard skills

Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date

Planning and organisational skills

Temporary role, to start immediately or at one weeks’ notice.
