Overview of Role: Our client based in Louth/Meath is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a 6-month Temporary contract basis.

 

Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Based in the Accounts Department  

Payroll Administration

Dealing with Returns & General Accounting

              General Accounts Support and Administration Duties

            Liaising with internal & external services 

            Working on Word, Excel, SAP & the In-house system

 

Responsibilities:

Act in a manner that is consistent with the organisation’s values and vision,

Treat all information and service users with confidentiality and discretion

 

Required/ Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Have satisfactory relevant Accounts experience which equivalent skills.

Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word and Excel

Excellent keyboard skills

Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date

Planning and organisational skills

 

Temporary contract role, to start immediately or at 1 weeks’ notice.
