Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ Dublin is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis.
We are recruiting for the position of Accounting Assistant for our Company reporting to the Accounting Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to perform a selection of tasks including
Running of Weekly Payroll in the In-House Software,
Co-ordinate Credit Control of the company using our Accounting System.
Payroll function involves gathering the time recordings for each employee from our Software and inputting same into the Payroll System, and running weekly payments on-line to all employee’s.
The Credit Control duties include sending Customer Statements and following up on overdue invoices, working to resolve any issues preventing payment etc.
Training will be offered to the successful candidate.
Candidates must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and have experience using an IT Payroll system, and an Accounts system.
Ideal person on will have 2 years’ experience in Payroll and Credit Control.
