Job Title: Accounts & Payroll Administrator
Are you an Accountant looking for a fresh start? We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This part-time opportunity includes data entry for the Accounts and Payroll department, general administration duties and updating the inhouse database. This is a temporary contract. 3 set days per week. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
About your New Role:
- Data-entry for the Accounts and Payroll department.
- Gathering Information and updating the In-house Database.
- General Administration Duties, Filing, Faxing & Scanning.
- Using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel.
Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate Examination, Leaving Certificate Vocational, or have passed an examination of equivalent standard.
- Have satisfactory relevant experience.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent keyboard skills.
- Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date.
- Excellent Planning and Organisational skills.
Must be available immediately or at 1 weeks’ notice.
The position is onsite and includes on-site parking.
