Overview of Role: Our client is a well-established company based in Co Louth/ Meath/ is seeking an Accounts and Office Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Duties include :
- Maintaining accurate Accounts and filing records
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Credit Control
- Order processing
- Organising international shipments and the production of relevant documentation
- Customer Service / queries
- Report generation at the request of the Company Director
- Maintaining vehicle records for the company fleet
- General Administration duties
Ideally a candidate will have:
- Sage Accounts Package experience is a necessity,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role is essential,
- Accounting Technician Qualification is desirable,
- Excellent IT skills – MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Excellent organisation skills, with a good attention to detail and a good work ethic,
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
