Overview of Role: Our client based in Co Louth/ Meath/ is seeking an Accounts and Finance Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Managing Director
Job Description:
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
Payroll, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and all other ads-hoc accounts transactions)
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including projections, providing information to the management.
Manage the preparation/review of the company's budgets and cashflows.
Correspond with individual projects, discussing company plans and future plans to be taken.
Guide and lead employees/managers to ensure appropriate financial practices are being used to ensure financial best practise is adhered to.
Participate in updating financial policies.
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring company finances are maintained.
Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
5 years previous experience in a similar role,
Word, and strong on Excel, (Intermediate or Advanced,)
Accounts qualification, IATI is desirable,
Ideal person will be well organised, used to setting targets and meeting deadlines.
