Overview of Role: Our client is based close to Co Louth/ Meath/ and North Dublin are seeking an Account Administrator on a on a full-time basis.
The Role: Accounts Administrator
Responsibilities:
Processing of sales transactions
Ownership of sales invoicing process from start to finish
Journal entries for preparation of monthly accounts
Work directly with internal business partners to support them as required
Assisting with the Audit reports and preparations
Preparation of reports to the Financial Controller
AdHoc support to the Financial Controller
Skills & Experience:
2 years + relevant accounts invoicing experience
Self-motivated, proactive and ability to use own initiative
Good knowledge of computers accounts packages and MS Office suite
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics GP would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Multi-task oriented
Able to work alone as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
