All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin.

 

Overview of role: Our client based in Dundalk, Co Louth is seeking a full-time Accounts Administration Assistant to join their busy sales and administration office.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • General Accounts using Sage 200.
  • Weekly Payroll processing (20+ employees)
  • Preparation of monthly VAT returns.
  • EDI.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • General Office Duties (order taking/ customer queries/ supplier queries/ filing etc).

 

Required/ Desired Skills:

The candidate will receive comprehensive training but will require:

  • IT system awareness.
  • Sage experience.
  • EDI experience (preferable but not essential)
  • High level Excel literacy.
  • High level of personal organisation and communication skills

 

Early finish on Fridays.
