Overview of role: Our client based in Dundalk, Co Louth is seeking a full-time Accounts Administration Assistant to join their busy sales and administration office.
Role and Responsibilities:
- General Accounts using Sage 200.
- Weekly Payroll processing (20+ employees)
- Preparation of monthly VAT returns.
- EDI.
- Bank reconciliations.
- General Office Duties (order taking/ customer queries/ supplier queries/ filing etc).
Required/ Desired Skills:
The candidate will receive comprehensive training but will require:
- IT system awareness.
- Sage experience.
- EDI experience (preferable but not essential)
- High level Excel literacy.
- High level of personal organisation and communication skills
Early finish on Fridays.
